A ., we are looking for an experienced : Inside Sales Representative (m / f / d) for our Barcelona or Valencia office . Key Responsibilities : As our Inside Sales you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the sales and administrative aspects of our business. Your day-to-day tasks will include : Ensuring our systems are up-to-date and maintaining constant contact with external sales for optimal commercial client management. Overseeing the registration process and ensuring compliance with KPIs. Coordinating cost requests and quotations with other agencies, alongside direct client quotations. Maintaining our database to ensure accuracy in customer contact information for tariff dissemination. Embarking on market prospecting to identify and initiate contact with potential new clients, setting the stage for future collaborations. Requirements : Proficiency in English at a B1 level. Solid understanding of the logistics and maritime business. Logistics Experience : Bring prior experience in logistics, particularly with container transports. At least for 2 years. Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Service. Proactive Personality : Exhibit an outgoing, proactive, and responsible attitude.
