WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product – Risk & Fraud to lead the development and execution of fraud prevention and risk management solutions in the payments space. This role is critical to ensuring the security of financial transactions, protecting customers, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Define and drive the strategy for risk and fraud prevention products across multiple payment rails (cards (Visa, MC etc.), APM , wallets, etc.) for Getnet merchants
• Lead cross-functional squads in the development of decision engines, authentication flows, risk scoring, and behavioral monitoring tools.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Track key metrics such as chargebacks, fraud attempts, false positives, and operational losses, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Integrate third-party fraud detection platforms and / or develop proprietary solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., Central Bank regulations, PCI DSS, LGPD / GDPR).
• Design secure and user-friendly onboarding and transaction flows.
• Support and improve approval rate.
