The role
You will bring deep expertise to the SAP Landscape platform group. As an SAP Global Testing strategy lead, you will own the testing tools architecture and the processes around manual and automated SAP testing. You will work closely with the SAP landscape team and suppliers to define the future testing tools landscape and collaborate with the multifunctional team to ensure successful implementation.
What you’ll do
Oversee and facilitate research, evaluation, and selection of technology and product standards in the SAP testing areaDrive innovation by leveraging new technologies to renovate, extend, and transform the core technology baseLiaise with vendors and internal Nestlé IT experts; lead proofs of concepts of new testing tools (manual and automated)Drive SAP technical projects, leading the testing teamsParticipate in the development and review of SAP testing strategy, documentation, and methodsBe responsible for key system design and integration decisions around testing tools, processes and practicesEnsure target architectures meet current and identified future security, compliance and privacy requirementsWork with IS / IT Innovation managers, Platform managers, Product Stream Operations Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the SAP testing strategy meets business requirementsMake recommendations to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of testing services using emerging technology and methodologiesWhat we offer you

Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience10+ years in IT, including experience in SAP testing and managing testing tools (e.g., Solution Manager, Azure DevOps)Good understanding of test automation platformsThorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and automated QA processesExperience defining MVPs and delivering them with high adoptionExperience translating requirements into solutions for IT consumersExcellent analytical and technical skillsStrong communication skills in English, with experience working in a global environment and with virtual teamsAbout the IT Hub
