Product Engineer (x / f / m) - Growth & Brand at Alan

We’re the growth engine behind Alan’s self-serve member acquisition. Our systems directly convert prospects into members through self-service flows and fuel our sales teams with qualified leads for enterprise deals.

We’re critical to Alan’s growth — powering the marketing tools and content distribution systems that every Alaner uses to share Alan’s story across the web. Your code directly determines how fast Alan grows; every optimization you ship means more people get access to better healthcare. We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 950+ members, and have reached 680M+ in ARR. Our team of 700+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

What You'll Build And Who You'll Work With

• Website : Build and optimize alan.com – the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our markets.
• Marketing Engine : Power up all our acquisition channels (paid, seo, llm, etc.) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale. Keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• Self-Serve Flow : Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly – from discovery, quote to final signup.
• We also support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations , accountant tools , referral systems , and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan's market position.

You'll actively collaborate with Marketing , Sales , Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design).

In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves. We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems. Our process is simple : those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them. Our stack is React, Python / Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership – you build it, you own it.

How we work

Location : You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.

Remote work : We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration and are looking for people who want to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers turn health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
