Your mission and responsibilities :
The Head of Digital Business in Spain is responsible and accountable for achieving Digital Business targets and success in Spain in alignment with the Zone and Business Areas global strategies. He / she is responsible for leading the Digital Sales and solution delivery teams. He / she is also responsible for the implementation of appropriate go-to-market approach, portfolio strategy and leads all sales and service activities in Spain. Responsible and accountable for the success of Digital business in Spain alignment with Zone / HBA strategies and for achieving P&L targets within Spain.
- Lead and manage Digital & Automation Business and Organization in Spain :
- Accountable for reaching annual sales, revenue and profit targets from Digital business in Spain.
- Market entire Healthineers full digital portfolio in Spain.
- Assume responsibility for Digital business’s operational performance according to Budget defined for the country (top-line, BAs, SG&A, COGS, Pricing, Gross Profit) in Spain.
- Assume responsibility for growing market share, market intelligence and market transparency, and following internal guidelines for proposals and projects approvals within Zone LoA process (as defined in LoA guideline).
- Develop and present sales strategies to top-level decision makers (CEO, CIO, CFO, Director level, IT, managers, physicians) in public and private Healthcare IT markets to enhance proximity and brand reputation.
- Implementation of the Strategic Business Plan defined at the Zone level.
- Identify and engage key customers in defining, developing and implementing their digital roadmaps and strategies through local co-created solutions.
- Manage the implementation and customer service activities around departmental clinical workflow solutions, clinical decision support, population health management / value-based care, LIS / Laboratory IT, Interoperability, Imaging IT and Artificial Intelligence.
- Definition & implementation of the right go-to-market approach including coverage strategy (setup of sales force, CCL and Business Partners) in alignment with Zone.
- Establish successful partnership strategies at country level to achieve business and market targets.
- Integrate into the Zone SEU organization, reporting to the Head of D&A Southern Europe.
- Contribute positively to the whole Siemens Healthineers business in the country (Spain), Zone (SEU) and Region (EMEA).
- Orchestrate adequate processes and engagement rules to leverage extended resources (e.g., Zone, HQ / EMEA support team).
- Align and fulfill Siemens Healthineers policies, rules and guidelines for every element in the role, including commercial excellence, operational excellence, LoAs and approvals rules.
- Act as key executive interface to C-level customers and ensure appropriate One Healthineers C-level engagement strategy for Spain.
- Apply maximum rigor and compliance with Siemens Healthineers guidelines, ethical values, and compliance policies.
Your qualifications and experiences :
Engineering, Science or BioEngineering / BioTechnology Degree or extensive experience equivalent.At least 5 years of experience of direct selling of digital health solutions to healthcare providers in Spain in the Spanish market.At least 3 years as sales team leader, with people management responsibilities is a strong advantage.Knowledge of healthcare public and private market;Knowledge of IT & information governance including GDPRPast experience in Healthcare IT in other international markets will be an advantage.The ideal candidate should have expert Spanish and advanced English language written and spoken skills.Locations :
