Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a professional with experience in team leadership and operations management to coordinate our special activities related to wind turbine blades in the Spain, Africa and APAC region.
  • The focus of the role is on people management, resource planning, technical project coordination and occupational safety.
  • Lead a team of specialized coordinators and technicians, ensuring a safe and motivating work environment.
  • Plan, assign and follow up on shovel maintenance and repair activities.
  • Manage the long-term planning of activities and resources, for technical works in the region.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget.
  • Support field operations in addressing new customer requirements by attending and leading technical meetings.
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation with other departments (Sales, Finance, Engineering, etc.).
  • Support field teams in the attention to new customers and special needs.
  • Participate in team selection, development and evaluation processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budget control and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Law or similar.
  • High level of English (minimum C1).
  • Experience in technical team leadership in industrial or energy sectors.
  • Experience in wind energy, matrix organizations, project management and digital tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Valuable experience in blade departments.
  • Ability to manage people, resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
  • Communication skills, organization and resilience.
