Your Role : Buyer Advisor
This is a hands-on sales and advisory role for experienced real estate professionals ready to deliver value from lead to closing—and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads using our structured consultation process.
- Present and onboard clients onto the Directimo platform.
- Organize and host virtual property presentations and market briefings.
- Guide buyers based on their timing, needs, and investment goals.
- Arrange in-person viewings and connect clients with sellers.
- Manage the full acquisition process : from property selection and negotiation to legal / financial coordination and post-sale support.
- Facilitate or supervise client interactions with lawyers, banks, and property managers.
- Track commission status and follow up for referrals and reviews.
- Act as the client’s first and last point of contact throughout the journey.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, workflows, and team growth.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience on Costa del SolStrong sales, communication, and negotiation skillsDeep understanding of buyer needs and the local market dynamicsFluent in English (German, French, Polish, Swedish or other languages are a plus)Digital-first mindset — comfortable using CRMs, virtual tools, and mobile workflowsEnergetic, self-driven, and organizedHigh ethical standards and a team player attitudeWhy Join Directimo
