Your Role : Buyer Advisor

This is a hands-on sales and advisory role for experienced real estate professionals ready to deliver value from lead to closing—and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads using our structured consultation process.
  • Present and onboard clients onto the Directimo platform.
  • Organize and host virtual property presentations and market briefings.
  • Guide buyers based on their timing, needs, and investment goals.
  • Arrange in-person viewings and connect clients with sellers.
  • Manage the full acquisition process : from property selection and negotiation to legal / financial coordination and post-sale support.
  • Facilitate or supervise client interactions with lawyers, banks, and property managers.
  • Track commission status and follow up for referrals and reviews.
  • Act as the client’s first and last point of contact throughout the journey.
  • Contribute ideas to improve tools, workflows, and team growth.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience on Costa del Sol
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of buyer needs and the local market dynamics
  • Fluent in English (German, French, Polish, Swedish or other languages are a plus)
  • Digital-first mindset — comfortable using CRMs, virtual tools, and mobile workflows
  • Energetic, self-driven, and organized
  • High ethical standards and a team player attitude
