Your Tasks :

Define and optimize manufacturing processes for vehicle components and systems.

Ensure manufacturability and integration of vehicle domains (powertrain, body, etc.) within the production environment.

Collaborate with design and architecture teams to align product design with manufacturing capabilities.

Support industrialization and ramp-up of new vehicle platforms.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure component quality, process capability, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Drive supplier development and evaluate their manufacturing processes for continuous improvement.

Knowledge :

Manufacturing processes and technologies for heavy-duty vehicle components.

Integration of vehicle domains in production systems.

Design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) principles.

Supplier quality management and process audits.

Tools :

Manufacturing process planning : Siemens Tecnomatix, Process Simulate, or similar.

Requirements Management : Polarion, DOORS, or similar.

Production line simulation and optimization : AnyLogic, FlexSim, or similar.

Supplier collaboration platforms : SAP Ariba, SupplyOn, or similar.

Studies

Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronic / Electrical engineer or similar

Master's degree in automotive / vehicle or similar
