Are you passionate about financial analysis and process improvement? At SKIN TECH PHARMA GROUP , we’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support monthly management reporting and financial analysis for the CFO.
  • Assist with group consolidation and intercompany reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

2. Cost controlling & operations

  • Analyze production costs, manufacturing variances, and product margins.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock valuation, and related KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.

    • 3. Compliance, audits & internal controls

  • Support with the implementation of internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.

    • 4. Systems & process improvement

  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One).
  • Contribute to improving financial processes and data quality across departments.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, local GAAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is highly valued.
