The project!

As a Menswear Product Development Manager for Pepe Jeans , you will lead the end-to-end development and purchasing strategy for one of our key product categories (knit and woven), ensuring alignment with market trends, quality standards, and business objectives

What will the role entail?

Lead product development and sourcing strategy for one of the key Menswear categories (knit and woven), collaborating closely with designers to define materials and price points, identifying suitable fabrics and suppliers based on the season's color boards.

Manage supplier relationships and overseas negotiations, maintaining close contact with international vendors to ensure alignment on quality, cost, lead times, and production capabilities.

Drive production planning and risk management, overseeing sample development, delivery timelines, and quality / cost / safety assessments, ensuring issues are proactively addressed during bulk production.

Conduct in-depth analysis across the entire process-evaluating country distribution, margin targets, and forecasts-to support data-driven decisions and maximize product performance in the market.

Permanent contract

At least 5 years of experience in a Buying / Product Development role.

Languages : High level of Spanish and English (C1 minimum)

Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry, specially Menswear.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
