Overview

At MAXAM , we design and deliver innovative solutions for the mining and civil engineering sectors worldwide. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support the implementation of our global warehousing strategy, driving efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate the global warehouse strategy, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve performance.
  • Implement approved changes, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and adherence to global standards.
  • Manage and coordinate global warehouse partnerships, ensuring service quality and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Managers, logistics partners, and transport companies to guarantee seamless end-to-end operations.
  • Support project management initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and change management.

  • Strong proficiency in Oracle, Excel, WMS, and TMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with proven experience in international environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different cultures and ways of working.
  • Solid experience in project and change management.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) ; French (B1) is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles managing and contracting warehousing services at a global level.
