Contract Administration Lead

We are seeking a Contract Administration Lead to manage all contractual and commercial activities across the lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects. This role plays a strategic part in risk mitigation, value optimization, and project success through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading contract negotiation and administration, including claims resolution and dispute management. They will also possess a deep understanding of contract law, risk management, procurement practices, and construction-related legal considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and issuance of RFQ packages for Preliminary and Early Works, HV Works, Civil Works, Electromechanical Works, and any additional services required by the project.
• Oversee the clarification process with bidders during the tender phase and ensure timely resolution of queries to maintain competitive and compliant offers.
• Manage and validate bid tabulations and commercial evaluations, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, aligning commercial terms.
