We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success. In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, landing pages, and other content.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new strategies and tactics.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a successful track record.
Strong understanding of digital channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
Excellent communication skills for creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
Analytical skills with experience in market research, customer behavior analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Living in Madrid, Spain.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
