At Revelyst, we're looking for an Inbound Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless coordination of inbound stock from our global vendors. In this role, you’ll be a key player in making sure our products arrive on time, every time, supporting operational excellence and driving efficiency across our supply chain.The purpose of this position is to : - To plan and coordinate the importation of bulk production stock from vendors to the 3PL warehouses.- To make sure goods are on time for the release date and information regarding delivery dates is accurate and updated.What are the essential requirements for this position?- BA degree or equivalent in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.- 1 year of logistics / administration, logistics / operations experience preferably in fast- moving consumer goods industry or Retail / Fashion / Sports.- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.- Effective written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills- Skilled in Traffic activities and daily operations (Commodity Codes, Import procedures, Bill of lading, Certificates of origin etc.)- High level of Excel, SAP is a plus.- Advanced level of English (daily language to communicate with vendors, Global HQ and warehouses)What will be your day-to-day Task s Responsibilities?- Maintain a follow-up file with all the current open orders and update all the information regarding the shipments in transit.- Management of the order booking on the forwarder's portal and sending of the delivery schedule to the warehouses.- Liaison with Global Production Planning Team and Vendors to ensure ex-factory dates are achieved and correct shipping documentation is supplied.- Maintain PO delivery dates up to date in SAP and inform internally about important changes.- Provide clearance instructions to the freight forwarder.- Create ASN's so shipments can be received by warehouses.- Ensure Stock is received into SAP correctly.- Verify all the import invoices (commercial invoice, freight, and duty) in the system and provide them to the accounting team.- Log and report on any vendor compliance issues or shipment discrepancies.What benefits can I expect from this role?- Permanent contract and long-term stable position.- Hybrid work (on site in our offices located in El Prat del Llobregat, Barcelona, and remotely)- Joining a team of professionals with whom to share the ride, the innovation, and the victories, in a truly positive work environment.- Ticket restaurant on office days, coffee / water / fruit in the office always available, and other benefits associated with the employee experience such as discounts in our products.Sounds like you?
