Overview

Satispay is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer (Investment Products) for Luxembourg with relocation to our Luxembourg office. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with applicable regulations within the investment products landscape.

What You\ 'll Be Doing

• Compliance Framework - Support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing and maintaining a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme. Perform second-line of defense controls, identify weaknesses, and issue recommendations.
• Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks for existing and new investment products, including crypto-asset risks. Manage compliance incidents.
• Horizon scanning and Advisory - Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise the Authorised Management and Product teams on business impacts.
• Regulatory strategy & Licensing - Contribute to regulatory strategy and support future license extension processes.
• Policies and procedures framework - Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies.
• Regulatory reporting - Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including the CSSF annual questionnaire on financial crime.
• Interaction with regulators and auditors - Support interactions with regulators on investment services matters;

act as primary point ofcontact with auditors.
