We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup that’s redefining how companies manage and scale their variable compensation strategies. Their platform empowers teams to better understand how to maximize their earnings; working on mid-market and enterprises.
Now, they’re looking for their first member in their Product team; a strategic and hands-on key player who takes ownership of the product and lay the groundwork for a world-class team.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full product lifecycle : market research, discovery, roadmap definition, feature development, launch, and iteration.
- Act as the first product hire, working closely with engineering, design, and the founding team to deliver measurable value to customers.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize and evolve the product roadmap based on user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Report directly to the founders with insights on product performance, market opportunities.
- Champion a product culture rooted in user empathy, analytical thinking, and bias for action.
Requirements
6 years of experience as a Product Manager, in fast growing tech companies.Track record of bringing successful software products to market and scaling.Analytical mindset; able to extract insights from both quantitative data and user interviews.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Fluent in Spanish and English; native English speakers with conversational Spanish are also welcome.Bonus : Experience in sales compensation, incentives, or related domains is really valued.Benefits
