AI Technical Leader

At Hays we’re looking for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to lead AI initiatives in a collaborative, international environment.

What you will do :

• Act as a technical mentor and informal leader for a team of Data Scientists.
• Define and lead AI project lifecycles : methodologies, deliverables, KPIs.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to design scalable, business-integrated AI solutions.
• Strengthen MLOps frameworks and ensure smooth model deployment and monitoring.
• Implement responsible AI governance aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Manage cloud-based solutions (preferably GCP), project tools (Jira), and cross-functional teams.
