Propose next steps and anticipate challenges. Develop solutions to overcome obstacles and address questions from stakeholders.
Support the development of repeatable content such as best practices recommendations, tutorials, and blog articles. Ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions.
Contribute to the delivery of business efficiency plans (BEPs). Identify current inefficiencies and propose options for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term solution strategies. Influence the direction and priority of technical product features and / or the solution with minimal guidance.
Execute solutions based on user / partner / client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
Help identify trends of solution issues across users / partners / clients. Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future.
Contribute to developing initiatives and practices to improve solution delivery. Develop new delivery workflows and drive solution innovation.
Help leverage, customize, or develop technical or non-technical solutions based on defined user / partner / client business objectives.
Support discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to define solution constraints and scope.
Help articulate the value of solutions through design sessions with stakeholders.
Support architecture design and / or feature requests with product teams for solution development.
Help generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies.
Provide reactive consultation to partners to identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the execution of partner strategies to adopt our technologies.
Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis. Quantify the impact of solving or leaving issues unsolved.
Communicate product gaps and issues to internal teams.
Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot or develop optimal solutions.
Coach internal and external teams on new solutions / systems, user / partner / client ecosystem, and industry landscape.
Address escalations to and from stakeholders.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver quality solutions and services.
Requirements : Experience in the Publisher industry
AdOps, AdTech, and AdManager experience is highly valued
