About the role : Join Swift’s Business Solution Architect team in a fast-moving environment. Design solutions that help customers cope with the fast-changing financial landscape, understand customer needs, and leverage our API and Messaging services to drive platform value and awareness of Swift’s strategy.

In this context, Swift is looking for a talented individual to join a team of experts to assist our French and Benelux communities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial institutions / Swift users to understand business challenges and architect scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions that integrate Swift’s products and services with clients’ systems, elevating the experience of Swift community members and their customers.
• Drive adoption of Swift’s digital platforms, APIs, and solutions to enable seamless connectivity for Swift community members’ financial institutions.
• Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business requirements, delivering measurable value to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulators, and partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on leveraging Swift’s solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Represent Swift in industry forums and events to promote its digital agenda and thought leadership.
