Product Manager (Enterprise) at Fundraise Up

Location : Remote (CET hours preferred). Compensation : €4700 - €6100. Language : Russian-speaking team; English fluency required (C1).

Our Product and Tech Focus

We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners worldwide. The backend uses Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB; the frontend stack includes Vue.js and React with TypeScript. We use Kafka, Bull (Redis), ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch to support analytics and high-throughput needs.

The Team

We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals, including 35+ engineers, based across multiple countries. We value collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Biweekly engineering forums foster knowledge sharing and recognition of technical achievements.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be at the center of our product development process. You will own the lifecycle of new features from discovery through delivery and iteration, working with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to solve complex problems for nonprofit clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the Product Lifecycle : lead the development of new features by prioritizing the backlog, defining requirements, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : communicate with stakeholders, clients, analysts, designers, and developers for alignment.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer : use customer development, market research, and team feedback to inform decisions.
  • Ensure Project Success : coordinate work of developers and team members, remove blockers, keep projects on track.
  • Champion Product Knowledge : contribute to public product documentation and present to internal teams (marketing, support, sales).
  • Manage Complexity : juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Experience : relevant PM experience with successful feature or product delivery.
  • Technical Background : understanding of how software is built; prior development experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English : excellent written and spoken English for global collaboration.
  • High Degree of Ownership : reliable, accountable, meets deadlines, honors commitments.
  • Excellent Communicator : able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus Points

  • Experience with remote product teams; background on complex, multi-module platforms; familiarity with nonprofit or payments space.
  • Curiosity and hypothesis-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership; comfortable in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
