Account Manager – Acquisition – Germany, Austria, Switzerland (Barcelona / Berlin-Based, Relocation Provided) Location : Berlin or Barcelona

Market : Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Language : German (Business Level) and English required

We are seeking an Account Manager to help expand Agoda’s accommodation inventory through new partner acquisition. You will build, establish and maintain partnerships with hotels and other accommodation providers, leveraging procurement, e-commerce, revenue management and hospitality industry experience to manage market and partnership activities.

What you’ll do Pitch, secure and build new hotel partnerships to expand our portfolio and market footprint

Communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Agoda to hotel owners and management

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the advantages of our services

Negotiate pricing and terms with potential hotel partners to secure favorable agreements

Maximize accommodation availability, content competitiveness and business growth for existing partners based on data

Research and resolve rate, availability and connectivity issues affecting booking performance

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to onboard new hotel partners

Generate project ideas, identify opportunities and implement data-driven approaches

Develop and implement innovative solutions to unique challenges

What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field

Two to three years of proven experience in sales or business development

Deep understanding of the OTA industry preferred, but not required

Driven, with a proactive negotiating mindset and ability to create win-win outcomes

Track record of acquiring, mentoring and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Ability to think creatively and adapt during negotiations with hotel partners

Comfort with change and ability to work well in a team

Strong prioritization, planning, curiosity and an experimentation mindset

Strong strategic and data-analysis skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Fluent in German (business level) and English required
