Content Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content management group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and scalable management of promotional and medical content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve incidents within the content approval process, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Process and organize data related to support tickets in our global ticketing platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of content-related issues.
- Execute data remediation tasks and ensure platform data integrity.
- Verify and process user registration and onboarding requests, ensuring accurate system entry and adherence to onboarding procedures.
Requirements :
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with global teams and preparing documentation.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.Experience with databases and data entry processes.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with additional languages such as German being a plus.What We Offer :
