Job Title : Senior Backend Developer

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software systems.

We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Python backend development, with experience in frameworks such as Django or Flask. Additionally, you should have a strong foundation in Python 3+, including knowledge of async, concurrency, generators, and decorators.

Familiarity with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks, such as Angular or React, would be an asset. You should also be comfortable working in environments based on Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines would be beneficial. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and adapt to changing priorities will be essential for your success in this role.

A successful candidate will possess :

• 5+ years of professional experience in web software development
• Solid experience in Python backend development (Django, Flask, or similar)
• Strong foundations in Python 3+ (async, concurrency, generators, decorators, etc.)
• Some experience with modern JS frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or similar) or an openness to learn and work fullstack when needed
• Familiarity or good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience working in environments based on Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux
