Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis.
- Participate in the technical design of projects.
- Perform effort estimations for projects.
- Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to achieving project objectives.
- Analyze and improve application performance.
- Identify potential technical risks within the project and propose alternative solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
- Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
- Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
- Train end users on the developed project functionality and proper use of the software.
- Implement the latest technological advances and solutions.
- Comply with software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.
- Produce technical documentation for completed projects.
- Actively contribute to the training of other team members.
- Collaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge.
- Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
- Knowledge of development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
- Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and coding methodology principles, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned applications.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
