Overview Hotel Asset Manager Position Overview

This role is responsible for maximizing the value of our investment portfolio over time.

Responsibilities Review and monitor hotel performance, ensuring optimal profit while maintaining the highest guest experience and asset value.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality technical specifications and applicable legislation.

Participate in acquisitions, underwriting, and transition activities related to asset management.

Manage reporting information to external parties and assist in refining best-in-class asset management policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Field

4-6 Years of Hotel Experience in Operations and Finance

Advanced Analytics and Reporting Skills

Established Organisational Skills and Ability to Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously
