Job purpose :

As a Product Manager Checkout at Stayforlong, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our checkout experience, which sits at the core of our booking and payment flows. This includes leading the definition, evolution, and optimization of services such as booking, rebooking, payments, refunds, wallets, fraud detection, upselling, insurance, and partial payments.

Your mission is to deliver a seamless, reliable, and revenue-optimized checkout process, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, and business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Revenue, Engineering, UX / UI, and Data to ensure a high-quality product that drives customer satisfaction and maximizes conversion and monetization opportunities.

Main job responsibilities are :

• Build and execute the strategy of the Checkout product , assuming end-to-end ownership of the roadmap, from discovery to delivery, ensuring it is aligned with Stayforlong’s business objectives and customer needs.
• Define, design, implement, and manage product development methodologies , working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Revenue, UX, Engineering, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence and cross-team alignment.
• Lead the full product lifecycle , from idea conceptualization to definition, execution, delivery, and follow-up, ensuring that every initiative drives user and business value.
• Ensure effective prioritization of initiatives and continuous improvement of team throughput, without compromising on quality or stability across the checkout experience.
• Know the ins and outs of your product KPIs , keeping metrics at your fingertips. Use data to proactively analyze performance, validate hypotheses, and make informed product decisions that drive measurable outcomes.
