As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the exciting journey of buying or selling a property. You'll ensure a smooth and efficient process, making their real estate goals a reality.

Responsibilities :

• Accompany clients on property viewings.
• Provide expert advice on suitability, value, and market conditions.
• Craft and present purchase offers to potential buyers.
• Understand client needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions.
• Offer guidance on negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork, including contracts.
• Maintain in-depth market knowledge and create comprehensive property listings.
• Review and ensure compliance with purchase contracts.
• Uphold high ethical standards and ensure fair dealing in all transactions.

Working Hours :

Monday – Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Lunch Break : 1 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 PM)

Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Getting On :

You do not need to be experienced for this position; the most important things for us are honesty and open-mindedness. TEKCE Academy provides a comprehensive online training that will last 2 weeks before you start work. This training program will provide all the knowledge and skills you need to be successful in your position.
