Role : Customer Activation Lead

As our first Customer Activation Lead hire, you’ll be the technical backbone of client integrations, ensuring Acoru’s platform is deployed seamlessly in complex financial and enterprise environments. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage contexts and is excited to work directly with customers to bring integrations from zero to production.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Operation to design and implement scalable deployments, optimize data flows, and ensure our platform is integrated with client systems reliably and securely.

This is a highly technical, client-facing positio n : you’ll both roll up your sleeves to build pipelines, APIs, and Kubernetes deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure long-term adoption and scalability.

This role reports to the Director of Customer & Technical Operations and will collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams.
