Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to serve as a strategic driver of expansion. This role will be key in identifying and securing supply opportunities, negotiating advantageous terms, and building strong commercial relationships that support our various business linesMain Responsibilities :

• Supplier identification and development : Search for, analyze, and select pharmaceutical product supply opportunities in Spain, building a strong and reliable commercial network.
• Negotiation of strategic agreements : Reach agreements with laboratories and wholesalers, prioritizing margin, competitiveness, and continuity of supply.
• Purchasing and import management : Oversee the entire procurement process—from origin to warehouse delivery—in collaboration with Logistics and Quality departments.
• Relationship management : Serve as a trusted point of contact for key industry stakeholders, representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and on-site visits.
• Analysis and reporting : Prepare reports on margins, availability, turnover, and market trends to support agile, efficient, and profitable decision-making.
• Cross-department collaboration : Work closely with Business Development (responsible for opening opportunities, while development and implementation fall under their remit), COO, CEO, Quality, and Finance to ensure aligned and effective execution of operations.
• Business opportunity development : Identify, explore, and validate new product or channel opportunities to strengthen and diversify our business units. Conditions : Location :

Head office in Badalona (on-site). Up to 1 day per week of remote work possible after the training period. Salary :

€75,000 gross annual salary + 15% performance-based bonus. Company card :
