Offshore Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coordinator to join our team in managing industrial painting activities at our site in Puerto Real, Cádiz. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of painting tasks, supervising international teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.Job Description : The primary objective of this role is to coordinate industrial painting activities, including surface preparation, application, and visual inspections. You will work closely with our on-site quality and HSE supervisors to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.Key responsibilities include : - Organizing daily industrial painting tasks- Managing subcontractor teams- Communicating with on-site quality and HSE supervisors- Monitoring productivity, material consumption, and project progress- Participating in coordination meetings with subcontractors and the end client- Ensuring compliance with HSE, ISO, and offshore / marine standards and proceduresRequirements : To be successful in this role, you will require : - A higher technician or similar qualification in mechanics, industrial painting, maintenance, etc.- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and ability to communicate in English with basic expressions- Experience in industrial painting, ideally in marine / offshore environments, around two years- Knowledge of anti-corrosion systems, metallization, blasting, and surface preparation- Experience in structured and international environments is highly valued- Soft skills : leadership and strong organizational skills, intercultural communication, adaptability, and teamworkBenefits : This is a full-time permanent contract with competitive conditions and growth opportunities in an international environment.
