Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients (mainly in North America and Europe) for Caribbean properties.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on buying and selling real estate.
  • Conduct online property guidance calls.
  • Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, appraisers, and industry professionals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulations.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Experience Requirements :

  • Valid real estate agent license in Spain.
  • Proven experience with successful sales in English.
  • Knowledge of the Caribbean, USA, and Canadian real estate markets and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive or similar).
  • High ethical standards and excellent customer service skills.
