Ryanair Technics, operated by J C Aircraft Maintenance, is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team at Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport.Ryanair is Europe’s favourite low-cost airline, with over 1,600 flights operating daily to 186 destinations in 30 countries. With the addition of 180 brand new aircraft, we are expanding our engineering facilities across Europe – and our team in Madrid is growing!This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a strong interest in recruitment and selection to join a fast-paced, international work environment where no two days are the same.RequirementsAs an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, your main responsibilities will include : Recruitment & Selection : - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both junior and senior aviation profiles (engineers, mechanics, support roles, etc.).- Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.- Building and maintaining relationships with aviation training centers (Formación 147), technical schools, and universities to attract top talent.- Participating in job fairs, recruitment events, and open days.- Coordinating onboarding processes and tracking new hires’ integration.- Ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to final hiring.General HR Functions : - Personnel administration : contracts, onboarding / offboarding documentation, employee letters, etc.- Managing absences, medical leave, and paid time off.- Supporting payroll (handled by the accounting department).- Handling annual leave requests and balances.- Assisting in disciplinary and grievance procedures.- Staying updated on labor legislation and collective agreements.- Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures.- Preparing weekly / monthly reports and maintaining open communication at all levels.- Keeping HR databases up to date and accurate.- Supporting new HR projects and initiatives.What are we looking for?- Degree or Master’s in Human Resources or similar (mandatory).- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.- Fluency in English is essential.- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Confident in working independently and proactively.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).BenefitsLocation : Madrid-Barajas AirportType of contract : Full-timeSalary : Competitive, based on experienceThe opportunity to be part of Europe’s leading airlineA dynamic, fast-moving, and international environmentReal career growth opportunities in a continuously expanding company
