Our culinary team is seeking an accomplished Head Chef to join our esteemed establishment.

This seasonal position offers the opportunity to lead a high-volume kitchen environment, managing staff levels and maintaining exceptional service and quality standards.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a high-end brand is required.

Prior experience in pre-opening and high-volume kitchens is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of food preparation, including working with limitations such as allergies.

Responsibilities include managing kitchen staffing, rotas, hiring, holiday cover, training, performance management, and day-to-day feedback.

Fostering a spirit of harmony and cohesion between the kitchen brigade and other departments is crucial.

The Head Chef must have a complete understanding of and comply with Company policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Candidate should be friendly, attentive, and customer service focused.

A high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English is essential.
