Mission :

We're looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead strategic audits across our global operations. You will play a key role in evaluating risk, internal controls and compliance while driving value-added recommendations to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Director of Internal Audit, you will coordinate the internal audit team and act as a trusted business partner to senior management.

Your responsibilities :

• Plan, execute and supervise financial, operational and compliance audits in various locations across the Group.
• Lead and develop the internal audit team, fostering professional growth and engagement.
• Review and validate audit reports and working papers to ensure high quality, clarity, and alignment with professional standards.
• Monitor and update the annual audit plan based on evolving risk assessments.
• Identify process and control improvement opportunities and provide actionable, business-aligned recommendations.
• Document key processes, risks, and controls in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external advisors and co-sourcing partners when needed.
• Support the Director of Internal Audit in preparing reports for the Audit Committee and senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and internal control excellence.
