Over the past 7 years, we’ve grown The Conqueror Challenges into a global community of over 1 million people, helping them build healthy habits through 100+ virtual challenges inspired by real-world routes and epic universes like The Lord of the Rings , Harry Potter , Star Wars and many more.
Now, we’re entering an exciting new chapter : expanding The Conqueror while also acquiring and developing new brands worldwide. We scale both fully owned and partially owned businesses, combining our marketing, data, and operational excellence expertise to accelerate their growth. Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu and other emerging global brands.
About the roles
We’re hiring two Customer Acquisition Managers, one for The Conqueror and one for Enroush, both central in driving profitable growth across our portfolio.
At The Conqueror, you’ll help accelerate a global brand at the intersection of fitness, motivation, and gamification optimizing acquisition across multiple markets and uncovering new growth opportunities to engage more people with our digital & physical products.
At Enroush, you’ll scale an emerging women’s health brand that’s redefining menstrual care with organic, high-quality products. With a strong customer base across Europe, your focus will be on global expansion and acquisition efficiency in new markets.
Both roles sit within our 60+ people marketing team, bringing together the four pillars of our performance system : Paid Media, Creative, Funnel, and Data. Your mission is to integrate these key areas into one cohesive growth engine and own contribution profit end-to-end.
