Overview
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the South Africa market, as part of the Growth Markets. We are seeking someone with demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills, fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Responsibilities
- Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Use cold calling to build relationships, uncover client needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross-selling into existing accounts and highlighting additional products and solutions.
- Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining strong customer relations.
Experience You Need
ADP is looking for experienced sales representatives to complete our inside team targeting multi-country product markets, with a focus on enlarging our footprint across targeted growth markets worldwide.
5–8 years of successful B2B sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environments.Outbound prospecting and independent territory management.Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertiveness, persistence, good listening, and self-motivation with excellent closing skills.Goal-oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly / yearly quotas.Well organized with effective time and activity management skills.Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.What We Offer
