What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager and play a key role in maintaining our financial systems and processes for our UK, SCAN, and INTL business units. Your responsibilities will include :
Accounts Receivable (AR) :
- Prepare and send invoices
- Track and reconcile customer payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Liaise with the sales team to resolve billing issues
Accounts Payable (AP) :
Process supplier invoices and expense claimsEnsure approval workflows are followedReport any inconsistenciesEnsure timely payments and accurate ledger maintenanceGeneral Finance Admin :
Assist in bank reconciliations (multi-currency)Support month-end and year-end closingMaintain accurate financial recordsEnsure compliance with UK and Spanish accounting / tax regulations (with external advisors)Support external auditsHelp maintain quality, risk, and compliance processesWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics~3 years of experience in finance roles (AP, AR, Finance Admin)Strong knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting principlesExperience with ERP systems (Exact Online or Sage Intacct preferred)Proficient in MS Excel and WordExcellent communication & organizational skillsFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Team player with a proactive mindset and a high sense of responsibilityWhy Join Us?
