Responsibilities

Your main objective is to generate qualified appointments, which turn into sales opportunities for the Account Executives responsible for closing the deals.

Align with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and foster a cohesive BDR x AE partnership.

Engage in phone prospecting to secure appointments, in a stimulating environment (war rooms, challenges, incentives).

Complement phone prospecting with multi-channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn) to optimize lead generation.

Conduct qualification appointments, or even end-to-end sales deals in the Mid-Market / Enterprise segment.

For this role, you should take a genuine interest in contacts, build rapport quickly, and demonstrate empathy and connection.

Qualifications

A first experience in sales, prospecting or customer relations could be important, but tech companies often recruit junior profiles with a good commercial mindset.

3 to 5 years' higher education in business, marketing, management or communications is often a plus.

Tech / SaaS environment : An interest in Legal Tech and how SaaS software works is an advantage.

Trajectory

Opportunity to join the Account Executive team after :

24 months for strong performance

Or to take responsibilities in the BDR Team (management, automation / AI expert, etc.), depending on your preferences.
