Project Manager (LLM & AI)

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive the delivery of advanced AI solutions across multiple industries.

This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and practical business applications, offering the chance to lead impactful projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.

You’ll guide talented technical teams, align stakeholders, and ensure that complex AI projects are delivered with clarity, speed, and measurable value.

Responsibilities

Lead diverse engineering and ML teams to deliver AI and LLM solutions for enterprise clients.

Own the end-to-end delivery cycle — from project definition and planning to deployment and client handover.

Break down business challenges into actionable technical strategies and roadmaps.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet both technical and business expectations.

Facilitate discussions on design and implementation, ensuring solutions are both innovative and practical.

Support knowledge sharing and foster collaboration across projects and teams.

Report on progress, KPIs, and risks in a clear and tailored manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

A strong academic or professional background in a technical discipline such as computer science, data science, engineering, or physics.

5+ years experience delivering complex software or machine learning projects, from planning through execution.

Hands-on leadership of technical initiatives , ideally including projects involving NLP or large language models.

Comfortable discussing design trade-offs and technical concepts, with working knowledge of modern ML and software tools (e.g., Python, Git, Docker).

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
