Empresa de inteligencia artificial gastronómica está buscando un Country Manager dinámico y emprendedor para liderar nuestras operaciones en Chile.

Tareas

Serás responsable de establecer y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento, desarrollar relaciones comerciales y liderar un equipo local.

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de expansión en Chile.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales con socios locales y clientes potenciales.
  • Liderar y motivar a un equipo local para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento.
  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Reportar regularmente sobre el rendimiento y las oportunidades de mejora.

Requisitos

  • Capacidad económica para asumir aportación inicial de Royalty de explotación en el país
  • Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo y gestión comercial.
  • Conocimiento del mercado y la cultura empresarial de Chile.
  • Habilidades demostradas en negociación, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Orientado / a a resultados y capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma.
  • Pasión por la gastronomía y la innovación tecnológica.
