Responsibilities :

Provide first-level support to ISP clients (troubleshooting, diagnostics, ticket handling).

Investigate and resolve OSI Layer 1-2 issues across active fiber infrastructure, transmission and IP / MPLS networks

Open, manage, and escalate trouble tickets using internal systems.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for efficient incident resolution.

Maintain clear documentation of faults and solutions.

Skills / Must Have :

Hands-on experience with Huawei network equipment.

Understanding of IP and MPLS networking concepts.

Familiarity with fiber optic infrastructure and associated physical layer issues.

Strong communication and ticketing / reporting skills.

Fluent in Spanish or English
