The Waste and Water market within our Food & Water Division is a key part of the growth strategy for Alfa Laval Iberica.
Alfa Laval Iberica is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer for this market.
This professional will be responsible for developing this business and selling our products and solutions to our customers mainly contractors.
The Sales Engineer also needs to keep the end user and engineering companies in the loop to close the sales cycle successfully. This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Iberica Sales Company and Business Unit central team.
The main responsibilities will be :
- Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior making business plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
- Look for and manage leads from the market to convert them into real business opportunities growing and securing the projects pipeline.
- Be active in the market and focus on making meetings and interactions with customers focusing on their needs.
- Develop technical and value quotes to fulfill customer needs highlighting the unique selling points and doing thorough follow-up of the projects.

Industrial / Environmental engineering degree (preferred) or similarStrong and solid commercial orientation with preferably at least 3 years experience in technical sales.We value separation / filtration technology knowledge.Spanish and fluent English speakerResident in Madrid area.The position is located in our offices in AlcobendasAvailability to travel in Spain.Please submit your application no later than November 9th 2025.
