Your day at NTT DATA

As an Associate SIAM Architect, you play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Service Integration and Management (SIAM) strategies. Your focus is on ensuring seamless integration and effective management of services from multiple internal and external providers, all while delivering a unified and high-quality experience for our users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SIAM strategy : create and maintain the overall strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives while tailoring it to client needs.
• Design and implement SIAM architecture : define the architecture, including processes, tools, and governance frameworks, and configure tools to best support client-specific requirements.
• Manage service provider relationships : identify and manage relationships with all internal and external providers, ensuring the service model aligns with client needs.
• Continuous improvement : drive ongoing improvements in SIAM processes by identifying and implementing best practices, regularly assessing and optimizing the service model.
• Provide expert guidance : offer expert advice on SIAM-related matters and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure smooth transitions : manage transitions during service activation and service model design, ensuring tooling fits the needs of the service model.
• Client onboarding : facilitate client stakeholders’ adoption of the Service Portal.
