As an Lead Qualification Specialist your primary focus will be on Lead Generation and Lead Qualification. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, assessing lead quality and ensuring a smooth handover to our frontline sales team.

How you will do

• CRM Management : Maintain and update leads in CRM.
• Prospecting : Conduct desktop research to identify new prospects and leverage field team insights.
• Outbound Engagement : Initiate outbound calls and create new leads.
• Lead Qualification : Score and assess leads based on data quality and completeness; evaluate asset eligibility for upgrades or additional services; initiate customer conversations to understand needs and gauge interest.
• Lead Management : Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives, convert leads into opportunities or schedule for future re-engagement, and manage and support campaign execution.
• Focus Areas : Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M); Upgrades; Spare Parts; New Maintenance Contracts.

What we are look for

Undergraduate degree in Business, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or 2-year degree with relevant experience.

2 years of Inside sales, telemarketing, selling or business experience.

Basic knowledge of products and solutions of our sector (BMS, HVAC, IREF, Security, Fire…).

Languages : Spanish & English. German or other European languages is a plus.

Adaptability and eagerness to learn; strong communication and active listening skills; customer empathy and relationship-building ability; self-motivation and ability to manage tasks independently; tenacity, perseverance and stress resilience; high standards of integrity and professionalism.
