As the Integration Architect team leader, you will spearhead the planning, design, and architecture of our EMEA Integration platform. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between IT and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication of priorities and progress.If you are passionate about driving technological advancements and leading a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!The role can be based in Aliaxis Spain, (Alicante or Madrid area), or in our IT-Hub, Wroclaw, Poland.

Leverage the shared / enterprise integration platform and services to build integration solutions, interacting with in-country IT teams and internal business clients throughout the multiple phases of the project.

Senior experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role, leading an IT Integration development team delivering integrations in multiple styles & domains (process, data, on-premise, cloud, hybrid, Robotic Process Automation, API’s, Event Driven,..)

Understanding of messaging standards & protocols (SOAP / REST, JMS, AMQP, XML / JSON…)

Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP integration suite (Cloud Integration (CI), API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors…) is a strong plus

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus

Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus
