Professional Experience
Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients , both locally and internationally .Successfully managed complex commercial relationships : negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development.Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C / B2B).Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management . Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc)Strong background in consultative selling and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.Possible career paths :
1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead / manager (small team : 24 people).
2. Or still acts as an individual contributor , highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.
Technical & IT Skills
Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants , including :
Carrier APIseCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)IT logistics systems (WMS / OMS / ERP)Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.
Languages
Spanish & Italian either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experienceEnglish intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
