Descripción del trabajoManaging employees on SAP and SF platforms. This encompasses payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility, and contract management. Tasks related to the general administration of payroll and contracts indicate a focus on compliance. Reporting tasks provide crucial data for analysis and decision-making. Finance monthly report. Exporting data from the platform and sending it to the payroll team. Monthly data quality control in the HR Platforms (Org streamlining, SF, SAP). Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. A postgraduate or master’s degree in a related area, as well as additional training in HR tools, will be valued. Experience : 5+ years in People Operations or a similar HR role, with a focus on process design. HR Expertise : Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Spain. Key Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail, proactive, self-starting, and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Fluency in Spanish and English
