Main Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (maternity cover) to manage and grow Le Creuset European marketing programs through first class paid media execution utilizing partnerships, brand content, campaigns & digital growth projects. Focus on defining and optimizing paid strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns in European markets. Create and execute media strategies, bringing brand campaigns to life across Europe to help local teams and Le Creuset connect with consumers throughout the purchase funnel. This role requires hands-on experience delivering fully integrated experiences to drive traffic, engagement, increase conversion and ROI across all digital paid channels, with a focus on e-Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid channels, together with local marketing teams and external agencies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns by market to achieve business objectives.
- Run A / B tests and experiments to constantly enhance campaign results.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Deliver concise presentations on paid channels and campaign performance to internal and local stakeholders, offering clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams including content, SEO, social media, e-mail marketing and marketing automation to ensure integrated, cohesive marketing efforts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to capture and utilize latest data, trends and product insights to feed into Paid channel strategy.
- Work closely with the reporting and measurement team to advance learning and create a competitive edge for Le Creuset.
Requirements
Proven experience in paid media management (3 years minimum).Hands-on experience in managing successful D2C digital marketing campaigns across the purchase funnel, and various channels : Paid Social, PPC, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates.Paid Performance (eCommerce focus) experience is required.Solid knowledge of PPC strategies and platforms (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads) and experience in data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics).Knowledge of Paid Social and social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Pinterest).Experience with A / B and multivariate testing, working in agile methodology to test various hypotheses and apply learnings across markets and channels.Up to date with the latest trends in marketing technology.Experience in agency coordination.Required proficiency in English with a focus on business communication as part of a European team; additional languages (i.e. Spanish, French, or German) will be an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.High proficiency in Excel or dashboard tools is a plus.21–23 days of vacation (depending on policy).Flexible schedule to guarantee work-life balance.A 50% discount in our stores.Coffee, tea, fruits at the office.Monthly special breakfast for all the office.Benefits
