Industry-Leading Supply Chain Professional Wanted

Supply Chain Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our supply chain team as a Demand Planner. This role will involve working closely with various departments to identify areas of improvement and implementing process changes to increase supply planning stability, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance customer delivery adherence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for preparing and executing demand review programs, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to key stakeholders.

In addition to their technical skills, they should have a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field. At least two years of experience in B2C supply chain roles, business development, business analyst, or key account manager is also required.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential issues caused by forecast mistakes.

Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive impact analysis.

Prepare documentation and reports to support demand review meetings and track key metrics.

Build relationships with involved departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Participate in demand planning processes to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel).

Fluent in English and Spanish, with any additional language skills a plus.

Basic knowledge of business finances and accounting.

Ability to work across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
