What You Will Do Design and develop high-performance Java-based back-end solutions for post-trade processing, ensuring seamless integration with primary and secondary market trading systems

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies, maintaining system resilience and operational reliability

Translate business requirements into scalable, best-in-class solutions, following Java development best practices and financial market regulations

Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team comprising developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders, leveraging frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe

Develop and maintain mission-critical financial systems used by leading global financial institutions, contributing to the advancement of post-trade processing infrastructure

What You Bring Proven Expertise in High-Performance Java Development : +5 years of experience in multi-threaded, low-latency Java applications (Java 8+, Spring Boot). Experience with Angular or modern front-end frameworks will be highly appreciated

Advanced Database & Performance Optimization Skills : Expertise in SQL, Hibernate, and database optimization to handle high-throughput financial transactions. Ability to design scalable, resilient data solutions for post-trade environments

Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems and protocols, and system integration

Knowledge of Financial sector / Markets will be highly valuable

Strategic Problem-Solver with a Resilience Mindset, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex, mission-critical systems, passion for building secure, scalable, and future-proof software solutions

Effective communication skills in English to work with international teams in the day to day. Spanish is nice to have
